Terms and Conditions

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to book your event on our calendar.

If the event is larger and requires us to purchase extra inventory, the deposit may be raised to reflect this. 

Your booking is not secure until we receive this deposit paid in full. 

Paper Clips Ice Cream reserves the right to re-schedule due to inclement weather that is deemed by the owner too dangerous to drive through. 

We operate rain or shine, and believe it is our customers due diligence to watch the weather and operate within our cancelation outline. 

*Example) If your reservation is for 3:00 pm the truck will arrive at 3:00 music playing. If you need it 5, 10 or 15 minutes early please request it in advance. We try to accommodate if possible. 

*Final balance may change based on actual number of ice cream served. Your invoice is for the minimum required for your day/time/location. 

If there is a price cap, please let us know or we may continue to serve until our designated time is up.

*Balance is due at the end of service. Final Payments not received within 24 hours are subject to a 10% late fee.

*All service must be CURBSIDE , no drive thru style events. Guests will need to get out of the vehicle to order. We prefer never to park in a guests driveway, and will not be held responsible for any leaks that may occur. 

We hold strict to our policies because ice cream is fragile and has a short shelf life, and summer time is crazy around here. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and would love to work with you if any issues happen to arise.
